My name is Diana Garcia, and I’m a therapist in Weston, FL. If you’ve landed on my page, you’re probably struggling with one of the following:

- Procrastinating has become your middle name, even when you convince yourself that you’re not going to do it again, but yet you have a looming deadline and can’t write one word.
- Pretending that “I’m all good” is starting to weigh too heavily on you. You’re everyone’s go-to for everything, but you’re exhausted from helping and making everyone else happy. What about your needs?
- Overwhelmed with everything going on in your life and you’re nervous you’re going to lose it if even one minor thing goes wrong (like the Starbucks Barista saying your credit card is declined).
- Regularly downplaying your achievements, even though you’ve kicked ass, a part of you is afraid that they are all going to figure it out one day, that “you’re a fraud.”
