Hello!

My name is Diana Garcia, and I’m here to provide you with various types of training and workshops to help you live your best life. I’ve been in the field of psychology since 2011 and graduated with my graduate degree in 2013. Since then, I’ve been on a mission to learn more about psychology and how to help my clients in the best possible way.

My goal is to help as many people as I can, and for that, I offer two ways to assist you:

  • Self-paced courses and workshops: These are perfect for those who are driven to improve their overall well-being. With these offerings, I aim to help you live a life that’s full of values.
  • Help other mental health professionals: I offer training to teach Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help more clinicians learn these valuable skills. Learning ACT has transformed how I do therapy, and I aim to share this knowledge with as many people as possible.
