My goal is to summarize the book and provide 3 key insights that you can take away from watching this video. Hopefully, you’re then inspired to go read the entire book. But if you decide not to, that’s ok too; my goal is at least you’ll gain some nuggets of wisdom to help you. I’ve picked books that I personally recommend to clients or I’ve found extremely helpful in my own personal growth.
