Here’s this month’s “Book Therapy” video. My hope with this series is to pick out the best self-help books that I recommend to my clients to help them on their path of growth. My goal is to inspire you to pick up some of these books. But even if you don’t have time for that, I made it a point to discuss at least three key insights from the books, even if you never read one page from any of these books.
